Overview
Turner & Townsend, on behalf of Burwood Council, is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced contractors for the Main Works of the Enfield Aquatic Centre Redevelopment.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Upgrades to the entry foyer including dry lounge, staff amenities, and storage areas
- Construction of a new outdoor café with associated kitchen and servery
- Demolition of existing 50m outdoor pool and toddler pool
- Delivery of a new compliant 50m outdoor pool
- New grandstand seating and spectator lawn, including site expansion
- New multipurpose, gym, amenities, and support spaces
- New plant rooms and supporting infrastructure
- Upgrade and expansion of the existing splash pad
- Refurbishment and upgrades to the indoor 25m pool and associated facilities
- New landscaping and tree planting
- New carpark on Portland Street
- Augmentation and servicing of infrastructure and utilities, as required
