Tender Description
This Contract is for the detailed design and documentation and construction for the the MCH Extension at Thomastown Library. Works and services shall include all necessary approvals and certifications including, but not necessarily limited to, structural certification, mechanical and electrical certification, Part J Compliance Report.
Pre-Tender Site Visit: All prospective tenderers are invited to attend a pre-tender site visit at the Thomastown Library, 52 Main Street, Thomastown on Wednesday 21 January 2015 at 2.30pm. Tenderers shall confirm their attendance by no later than 12 noon on Thursday, 4 December 2014 via email at procurement@whittlesea.vic.gov.au detailing the contract number, company name and name(s) of attendees.
Attendance in non-compulsory however tenderers are encouraged to attend.
