Tender Description
Spotless is a shortlisted facilities management provider for the University of Newcastle’s Facilities Management Contract RFP. We are now seeking registrations of interests from qualified and capable organisations to be part of our team and solution in the following areas:
* Maintenance, including general building, mechanical services, electrical services, hydraulic services, fire systems, vertical transport, access control and security systems
* Grounds maintenance
* Pest control
