Tender Description
Uniting Church Homes trading as Juniper is proceeding with the design of Stage 2 of the redevelopment of the Elimatta Retirement village at 45 Alexander Drive, Menora and is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced architectural firms to provide architectural services for this project.
An approved Detailed Area Plan (DAP) is in place for a four stage development over the site with a total of 146 independent living units. Stage 1 is currently under construction and includes 17 villas and a clubhouse. Juniper requires architectural services for the design and documentation of Stage 2 which is approved In the DAP as 40 apartments in a three storey high building with basement car parking.
