headspace seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the procurement of the eheadspace backend software. This system is the backbone of our national online and telephone youth mental health support service.

Key system requirements include:

* Client appointment management
* Counselling session and clinical task management
* Clinical forms and surveys management
* Various available methods to provide counselling services, including emails, telephony sessions, web chats, video chats and SMS messages
* High system availability in terms of service up-time and system disaster recovery
* System security and information confidentiality
* Data auditability and reporting capability

Following the EOI process, headspace may shortlist suitable organisations to invite to tender.

EOIs must be received before 5:00pm on Friday 7 March 2014.
