AccessCare Southern (ACS) prides itself on being a specialist provider of community case management, brokered services and individual planning and support for people who are older and frail, have a disability/disabilities or who have other complex care needs. ACS also provides support to their Carers.
ACS delivers services in the Local Government Areas of Kingston, Bayside, Glen Eira, Stonnington and Port Phillip. ACS receives funding from Victorian and Commonwealth Governments, and is auspiced by the Kingston City Council.
This tender aims to appoint a panel of Property, Gardening and Cleaning Services that will provide Consumers with responsive service provision that is of high quality and most importantly meets the needs of our Consumers.
