Overview
The Australian Digital Health Agency is seeking a Research and Evaluation Specialist (APS6 level or equivalent) to lead and deliver high-quality research, evaluation, analytical and evidence-generation activities supporting the Agency's strategic priorities and digital health initiatives.
The Role
The role includes:
- Reporting to the Senior Research and Evaluation Specialist
- Applying qualitative and quantitative research methods, program evaluation frameworks, statistical and thematic analysis techniques, and evidence-based approaches to assess the effectiveness, impacts and outcomes of Agency programs, products and services
- Contributing to the design, implementation and continuous improvement of research and evaluation projects
- Translating complex evidence into actionable insights that inform policy, program delivery, investment decisions and strategic planning
- Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders to develop robust evidence, support organisational learning, and promote a culture of evaluation and evidence-informed decision-making
