Overview
The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing is seeking a SFIA 2 IT Test Analyst to support testing activities across its core business processing systems.
The Role
The scope includes:
- Testing the function and interfaces of systems that make up the Department's core business processing systems
- Sourcing and analysing design documents
- Assisting in the preparation, peer review and execution of test scripts
- Working in an agile/iterative environment using test management tools to prepare and execute test scripts
- Documenting results and analysing data
- Preparing test artefacts
- Escalating issues, defects and incidents in line with assigned work scope from the Scrum Master or Team Lead
- Leading sections of work within a release, as required
- Undertaking specialist or technical research and analysis activities, as required
Role Requirements
- Ability to communicate across a range of media types, using various styles to suit different audiences
- Understanding and acceptance of the agency's various ways of working
- Agile approach to collaboration and delivery of services
