The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is seeking a suitably qualified supplier to provide Telecommunications Expense Management (TEM) services.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Identifying billing discrepancies
  • Identifying cost optimisation opportunities
  • Identifying service rationalisation opportunities
  • Developing future telecommunications savings strategies
  • Invoice validation
  • Contract compliance reviews
  • Carrier billing analysis
  • Identification of credits and rebates
  • Optimisation recommendations
  • Account rationalisation
  • Telecommunications strategy advice
