Overview
The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking an EL1 Salesforce Support Engineer (Labour Hire) to provide technical support, administration and continuous improvement of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a complex ICT environment.
The Role
The role supports the effective operation of Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience. Responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving technical issues within the Salesforce environment
- Maintaining platform configuration and supporting users and business areas
- Providing Level 2 support and platform administration
- Managing automated processes and data management activities
- Conducting release assessment and maintaining system documentation
- Collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve issues
- Supporting user acceptance testing
- Contributing to the ongoing stability and improvement of Salesforce services
- Contributing to team capability through technical guidance and knowledge sharing
- Supporting emerging Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce Industries OmniStudio
Role Requirements
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and translate requirements into appropriate technical and configuration outcomes
- Experience working within an Agile delivery environment
