Moira Shire Council is inviting tenders from suitably registered, qualified and experienced individuals or organisations for the design and construction of the Strathmerton Public Hall Floor Renewal and/or Re-Stumping Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Design and construction of floor renewal and/or re-stumping works at the Strathmerton Public Hall

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably registered, qualified and experienced to undertake the works
  • The building is a Class 9 Commercial building; the successful contractor must be appropriately registered to obtain a Building Permit
  • Council will not entertain Owner Builder arrangements
