Overview
Wodonga Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to undertake the construction of Logic Industrial Estate Stage 7 Roads and Drainage.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of new roads to service the next stage of Logic Industrial Estate
- Construction of drainage infrastructure for the next stage of Logic Industrial Estate
- Installation of utilities including water, electrical, and NBN infrastructure
- Construction of works in accordance with the design plans
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified to undertake road and drainage construction works
- All works must comply with Infrastructure Design Manual (IDM) requirements
