Revegetation Materials and Supplies Panel

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Yarra Ranges Shire Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and resourced organisations for appointment to a panel of providers who may be invited to quote for the supply of revegetation materials and related supplies required by Council.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply of revegetation materials required by Council
• Supply of associated or related revegetation supplies required by Council
• Provision of quotations for the supply of revegetation materials and associated supplies as Council considers appropriate

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The Deed of Standing Offer Arrangement will be for an initial period of two (2) years
• Council has the sole discretion to extend the panel for one (1) period of two (2) years and one (1) period of one (1) year, to a maximum Contract Term of five (5) years from the Commencement Date
• Council has the sole option to terminate for convenience at any time
• Council anticipates appointing between 2 to 4 suppliers to the Panel, however Council may determine the size of the panel at its absolute discretion
