Campbelltown City Council invites tenders for inclusion on a panel for the supply of aquatic apparel and accessories to Council's facilities for retail use (Panel). The Panel will be formed under a deed of standing offer (Deed).

About

Campbelltown is located on Dharawal Country, framed by the Nepean and Georges Rivers, approximately 55 kilometres south-west of the Sydney CBD. It serves as the key commercial centre for the Macarthur region, with strong connections to the Illawarra region and Western Sydney. The Local Government Area spans 31,200 hectares, including extensive bushland and waterways, with Dharawal and Warranmadhaa National Parks nearby.

Campbelltown is one of the fastest-growing regions in Australia, currently home to more than 180,000 residents, with the population projected to reach around 250,000 by 2036. Thirty-one percent of residents were born overseas, and over sixty percent have parents who were born overseas.

Scope

• Supply of aquatic apparel and accessories to Council's facilities for retail use

Contractor Requirements

• Tenderers must demonstrate the necessary qualifications, ability and experience to provide the required services to Council

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The Panel will be formed under a deed of standing offer for an initial period of three years, with two options for extension of 12 months each
• Contract award: October 2026
• Services may be requested from: October 2026
• Term services may be required: 3 years with two options for extension of 12 months each
