Kingston Playgrounds and Outdoor Gym Facilities Condition Assessments & Valuation

Kingston City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake a comprehensive condition assessment audit, replacement valuation, and develop comprehensive maintenance plans for playgrounds and outdoor gym facility assets, as outlined in the attached Project Brief.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Undertaking a comprehensive condition assessment audit of Council's playgrounds and outdoor gym facility assets
• Preparing a replacement valuation of the playgrounds and outdoor gym facility assets
• Developing comprehensive maintenance plans for the playgrounds and outdoor gym facility assets

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in condition assessment, valuation, and maintenance planning for playground and outdoor gym facility assets

Instructions to Tenderers

• Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time
• Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
• All RFQ clarification questions must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to the tender closing date
• All RFQ related queries must be submitted via the online forum
