Lot 55D Warria Street, Mabuiag- External Works

⁠⁠⁠Project Overview:

• This project is to carry out stair replacement work at 55D Warria Street, Mabuiag Island QLD 4875,  ensuring that they have well equipped facilities and that it is fitted out with quality fixtures and  fittings. (Ensure all product supplied meet the attached Design and Construction Standards for Remote Housing criteria).

• Works shall be quoted for completion during normal hours and shall meet the requirements of this specification.

• Provide QBuild Supervisor with SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite.

• At time of tender “Contractors” are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the “Job Summary”. 

• All measurements provided are approx. and for quoting purposes only. Contractor shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing.
