Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Torres and Cape Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Principal Contractor to undertake housing roof replacements at Kowanyama.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Removal and disposal of existing roof sheeting, gutters, downpipes and associated equipment
  • Repairs to structural roof members, tiedowns and soffits as outlined in the structural drawings provided
  • Installation of new roof cladding, gutters, downpipes and fascias
  • Painting of dutch gables
  • Removal and reinstatement of existing roof infrastructure and making good of penetrations, including solar hot water, solar systems, roof ventilation, communication equipment, and data/telecommunication equipment
  • Building certification and provision of necessary Form 12s

The works are divided into the following separable portions:

  • Separable Portion 1: Duplex 2, Carrington St
  • Separable Portion 2: Duplex 42, Chapman Rd
  • Separable Portion 3: 23 Wuler St
  • Separable Portion 4: 3 Ogimburngk St
