Torres Strait Island Regional Council is seeking a contractor to carry out home modifications at 125 Gela Street, St Pauls 4875.
Scope
- Home modifications at 125 Gela Street, St Pauls 4875
- Works to be quoted for completion during normal hours and to meet the requirements of the specification
Contractor Requirements
- Provide the QBuild Supervisor with a Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite
- Attend the mandatory prestart meeting arranged by the QBuild Supervisor on award and prior to commencement of works, to discuss site and project specifics
Tender Briefing and Site Inspection
A site inspection is mandatory and must be arranged prior to attending site. No admittance to site will be allowed if a site inspection is not prearranged. Contractors are required to arrange a time with the site contact prior to attending site to ascertain the full scope of works.
