Senior Data Engineer – Jobs and Skills Australia
As the JSA Senior Data Engineer you will be leading the development of project work that requires high-level strategic thinking, ability to support positive outcomes to complex problems and provide knowledge advice across technical forums. Your highly developed interpersonal and capability to identify areas for process improvement skills will be highly regarded.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Strong background in software development and managing Microsoft cloud
- platforms, Data Factory, SQL Server, Databricks.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines
- High Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS & Azure
- Deep understanding of containerization technologies.
- Excellent scripting and automation skills (Python, Shell, Lambda, JavaScript, Typescript)
Our ideal candidate has a strong ICT background, strategic planning abilities and stakeholder engagement experience. You will have exceptional communication skills and be able to track team progress and performance to ensure deadlines are met. Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining productive relationships as well as the ability to present and negotiate with influence at all levels is pivotal to success in this role.
