The Department of Parliamentary Services (DPS) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the delivery of the Broadcasting Modernisation Program at Australian Parliament House (APH).
This role contributes to the renewal of broadcasting capability that underpins the recording and live transmission of parliamentary proceedings and events. It supports the successful delivery of complex, high‑visibility initiatives by improving requirements clarity, informing decision‑making, and reducing delivery risk across operationally critical systems.
The successful candidate will operate in an environment where services are time‑sensitive, changes must be carefully sequenced, and stakeholder confidence is essential. The role requires the ability to work across business, operational and technical domains to ensure solutions are aligned to both current operational needs and future state objectives.
While prior broadcasting experience is not required, experience delivering change in high‑availability or operationally critical environments is highly regarded.
