⁠⁠⁠Project Overview:

• This project is to carry out home modifications work at 30 Mosby Street, Iama Island QLD 4875.
• Works shall be quoted for completion during normal hours and shall meet the requirements of this specification.
• Provide QBuild Supervisor with SWMS for any high-risk work prior to starting work onsite.
• On award and prior to commencement of works the QBuild supervisor will arrange a Prestart Meeting with the successful tenderer to discuss any site/project specifics. This prestart meeting is mandatory and must be attended by the contractor’s representative.

• At time of tender “Contractors” are required to provide a cost break up of each element outlined in the “Job Summaries”.
• All measurements provided are approx. and for quoting purposes only. Contractor shall confirm all onsite measurements prior to undertaking works and/or any manufacturing.
• Contractors are to price both options from the DISMOD reports on the attached option schedule and submit them with their offer.
• Contractors are to indicate the location of the proposed enclosed W.C. within their quote.
