Tender Description
The Department of Education (DE) on behalf of School Sport Victoria (SSV) is seeking a supplier for merchandise, apparel, and uniform requirements across its 3 key programs, Interschool School Sport, Team Vic state representative program and Victorian Teachers Games (VTG). The proposed contract term is initially 4-years plus 2 x 1-year extension options (for a maximum total term of 6-years).

Based on preliminary planning, we believe that the Victorian Government’s Fair Jobs Code (FJC) may apply to this market approach. Pre-assessment certification of suppliers by the Department of Jobs, Skills, Industry and Regions is a critical aspect of the FJC. All suppliers wishing to submit a response to an FJC-applicable market approach must be certified at the time they submit their response.
DE strongly encourages all suppliers to seek certification well in advance of the release of market documentation, as the certification process may take up to 30 business days.
