Tender Description
Scope:
The scope of works is to provide mechanical and associated services to the Cunderdin Agriculture School piggery. The services consist of demolition, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, outside air ventilation, electrical systems removal, condensate pipework, making good, roof works, ceiling access provisions and any associated works to provide a fully functional installation.
All works shall result in completed and functional systems in accordance with this specification, industry standards and manufacturers recommendations.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at WA College of Agriculture Cunderdin, 267 Cunderdin-Wyalkatchem Rd, Cunderdin on 25 May, 2026 10:00 AM.
