This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW) is working to deliver the Commonwealth Climate Risk and Opportunity Management Program (CROMP). The Climate Risk Digital Tool, built in collaboration with KPMG, allows agencies to produce climate risk assessment reports.The Tool Go Live was 10 May 2024.
The department has engaged and anticipates an ongoing need for an independent support team to assist users to access and use the Digital Tool, providing application assurance, maintenance, and user support for the Digital Tool.
The services will cover the full application layer, including the React frontend, Azure API Management, Azure Front Door, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB environments. The supplier will be responsible for incident management, defect correction, system monitoring and health checks, service requests (including access management, layout changes, and workflow updates), release support, and technical advice.
The supplier will complete system audit as required, and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and document support processes.
The department requires "Silver" support.
The support provision may give rise to product enhancements based on user experience and suggestions. Any development work to enhance the product or transition the product from its current hosting will be instigated by the department as a variation to this contract.
