This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department of Employment and Workplace Relations (DEWR) is seeking specialist Software Asset Management (SAM) support services for its FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) environment.
The engaged supplier will provide ongoing technical health checks, proactive monitoring, and on‑demand advisory support to ensure the stability, accuracy, and effective operation of FNMS. Services will include scheduled system check‑ins, a six‑monthly technical health review, and ad‑hoc expert assistance to support system changes, upgrades, and data quality issues.
The Department is seeking an experienced provider with strong FNMS technical expertise who can deliver reliable, flexible support to maintain licence compliance, data integrity, and operational assurance.
