This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Digital Health Implementer Hub Product Manager within the Conformance Compliance Section in the Digital Solutions Division. The role will be accountable under broad direction to perform very complex work that provides detailed technical and professional business analysis, system analysis, and design changes that align with the vision and strategic direction of the Agency.

This role will support the delivery of the Streamlining Implementations, Conformance and Connections (SLICC) project. This project aims to build on the critical and foundational work and capabilities delivered addressing our strategic goals:

  • Improve business processes and workflows to reduce administrative burden, duplication of effort, and time to complete onboarding and connecting to the Agency.
  • Better utilise the Developer Portal as a two-way developer engagement and support channel
  • Implement organisational changes to rationalise and harmonise the delivery of connections and conformance services

The Senior Business Analyst will exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role working closely with internal and external stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes, technical infrastructure, technical services, strategic roadmap, and in the context in which the SLICC project operates.

The Senior Business Analyst will act as the conduit between the business units, and internal stakeholders that will include the external Implementers, Connections team, Technical Architects, Conformance team and solutions implementation teams within the Agency and with relevant stakeholders from the health sector.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Experience working as a business analyst on healthcare projects or government policy projects is an advantage.
  • Scrum or Agile training and qualifications.
  • Ability to build and maintain constructive working relationships, working across multiple teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Work as a member of a team with the ability to achieve results and manage tasks independently.
