Parks & Open Space Maintenance Services Panel

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking multiple contractors to form a Parks and Open Space maintenance services panel, with the panel broken down into separable services:

• Landscape and civil maintenance (programmed & reactive)

• Playground asset maintenance (programmed & reactive)

• Electrical services (reactive)

• Plumbing and irrigation services (programmed & reactive)

• Fencing repairs (reactive)

• Sports turf maintenance (programmed & reactive)

• Synthetic and acrylic surface maintenance (programmed & reactive)

Council delivers ongoing annual programs for the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure assets, including playgrounds, footpaths, parks, reserves, sportsgrounds and associated facilities.
