Engagement of Internal Auditor Services

⁠⁠⁠The tender is for the provision of independent Internal Audit and Strategic Advisory Services to Goulburn Valley Water (GVW), supporting the Audit and Risk Committee (ARC) and Board through a risk-based internal audit program (approximately 3–4 audits/reviews per year), including development of a four-year strategic internal audit plan, audit scoping, fieldwork in accordance with recognised standards, and delivery of clear, actionable audit reports identifying root causes and control weaknesses. Services also include strategic risk and better-practice advisory, attendance at ARC meetings (up to 5 per annum) to present scopes and reports, and tracking and verification of agreed management actions with follow-up reporting.
