M/FW program opportunities

⁠⁠⁠Melbourne Fashion Week (M/FW) offers a number of partnership opportunities for a broad range of organisations who are interested in being a part of the program.

M/FW wants to hear from any business, including hospitality venues, precincts, galleries, and brands interested in aligning with the fashion industry to be part of one of the country’s longest running consumer fashion events. Opportunities range from being an official hospitality venue, promoting exclusive offers for M/FW consumers, to promoting your brand/sampling within M/FW gift bags.

Requirements

• Venue-based businesses must be within the City of Melbourne municipality boundaries.
• Businesses or individuals wishing to be official gift bag partners need to conduct their business or retail their product within the City of Melbourne municipality.
• Have a clear activity, offer or product that aligns with the M/FW brand and program objectives.
• Are willing to support, promote and act as an advocate for M/FW.
• Must comply with the M/FW photography and videography guidelines. Guidelines will be provided by M/FW.
• Must comply with the M/FW Exotic Animals Policy Guidelines. (Details are included within the EOI terms and conditions.)
• Must comply with the M/FW Inclusion and Equity Policy.

Guidelines

• This category is not for designers (including accessories). Designers or accessory brands are invited to complete the M/FW Designers application.
• his category is not for commercial partnerships. Companies interested in a partnership with M/FW are invited to contact the Commercial team.
• M/FW has official hair and makeup partners who assist with all hair and makeup artistry event needs; there is no requirement for hair stylists and makeup artists.
• This category is not for independent models. Models are engaged for the event via model management agencies.
• All media enquiries (photographers and videographers) are welcome to express interest in the event via a Media Accreditation application
