This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The purpose of this requirement is to establish an ICT Surge Capabilities Panel to provide the Department of Education (the department) with flexible, on demand access to ICT Professional Services to facilitate short term Labour Surge Requirements to support the delivery of a range of ICT and digital initiatives and projects of varying size, complexity and duration across the department.
Suppliers must have the capability and experience to maintain, source, and mobilise suitably qualified and experienced personnel at short notice when requested by business areas in the department. This includes the ability to support multiple concurrent engagements across different business areas, where required, and to ensure continuity of service across Work Orders. This approach will enable the department to onboard ICT Professional Services to facilitate short term Labour Surge Requirements efficiently and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
Suppliers are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to the department and to delivering high quality, collaborative engagement experiences that support timely, effective, and value for money outcomes.
Successful suppliers must be flexible and able to work closely with business areas to respond to changing requirements. This includes being highly responsive to requests, providing timely advice, and delivering positive customer experience for business stakeholders.
Suppliers are expected to operate collaboratively and maintain clear, professional communication throughout engagements.
