This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Go Global Toolkit (GGT) has become a critical infrastructure for Austrade’s digital trade services delivery. In a context of unprecedented global trade shifts and uncertainty and the deployment of FTAs and key initiatives such as ANMI to drive trade diversification and resilience of the Australian business community, GGT is set to be Austrade’s digital events front door with a rapid rise in the number of digital content and events to be hosted through the platform.
There is a need to review the current webinar process which GGT uses to deliver information to the Australian economy and beyond.
Objectives:
- Review of current process to create, promote, execute a webinar on GGT
- Sample review of selected five to ten webinars across different topics, markets and sectors
- Review existing processes, templates and engagements and identify what could be optimised (for efficiency, scale and impact):
- Prepare and Present report detailing all recommendations, improvements and any software or tools that would support the current or new process.
