⁠⁠⁠Tender Overview – Fire Panel & Systems Upgrades

South West Healthcare (SWH), on behalf of a group of Victorian Public Health Services, invites tenders for the replacement of fire alarm control panels and associated integration works across multiple regional health service sites.

This is a collaborative procurement involving:

• Colac Area Health
• Great Ocean Road Health
• Moyne Health Service
• Portland District Health
• Timboon and District Healthcare Services
• Western District Health Service (including Casterton Memorial Hospital)

SWH is administering the tender process on behalf of the participating Agencies. Each Health Service will enter into a separate contract with the successful Contractor for works at its respective site(s).

The proposed contract form is the VPS Medium Works Contract (Short Form). The scope of works focuses on panel replacement, installation, configuration and integration. Ongoing inspection, testing and maintenance are managed under separate arrangements.

Mandatory Site Inspections

Attendance at a site inspection is mandatory.

Site inspections will be conducted at nominated sites in accordance with the schedule set out in Part A1 – Tender Summary.

Tenderers must RSVP in advance in accordance with the instructions in Part A1. Meeting locations and final details will be confirmed with registered attendees.

Tenderers are expected to confirm site conditions through mandatory site inspections and the tender query process
