The Content Writer – Knowledge Management supports the Digital DHA program by delivering high-quality, user-centred knowledge artefacts that enable successful adoption of new core business systems. The role works within the Enterprise Change Team and partners closely with business areas and subject matter experts to review, uplift and redevelop working instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and job aids into a new knowledge management solution.
