This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠Product Managers are full-time advocates within, or working closely with, an Agile Release Train (ART). They represent two key stakeholder groups, the business and the client and most notably own the product backlog. The Product Manager is a key representative in several program level events, such as Program Increment Planning, Showcase, Inspect and Adapt sessions and ART Sync, as well as contributing or leading larger Program activities such as Program Management Group (PMG) meetings, prioritisation, and reporting. While not responsible for the work at hand, the Product Manager is responsible for advocating for business priorities and customer experience and then ensuring that the most value is obtained within each Program Increment and over the course of time that aligns with their Product Vision and Product Roadmap. Product Managers work closely with the Product Owners or equivalent (e.g., PPG) in their ART’s teams and other key stakeholders to ensure work is feasible, broken down and prioritised based on the value it will bring to the end client and the business. The Product Manager also champions quality and risk management by ensuring adherence to The Department of Health and Aged Care policies and standards.
