Tender for the management of the Grange Community Centre

⁠⁠⁠Wyndham City Council in partnership with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) is conducting a tender to identify and appoint an organisation to manage the Grange Community Centre, located at 260-280 Hogans Road, Hoppers Crossing.

The Grange Community Centre will operate in accordance with Wyndham City Councils Community Managed Community Centre Model and the Victorian Governments Neighbourhood House Coordination Program (NHCP), which requires:

•   Engaging with the local community to identify priorities
•   Leading community development initiatives
•   Ensuring equitable access through programs, activities, and managing room hire

There is also optional opportunity for the successful organisation to provide licenced children's services onsite in response to community need – whether directly or in partnership with a service provider.

Applications open Tuesday 28 April and close 11:59pm 17 May 2026.

Information Sessions

Wyndham City Council will conduct two identical sessions at the Grange Community Centre. These will involve a site tour and further information about the tender and community centre management requirements. Attendance is optional, and if interested you only need to attend one of the sessions.

Tuesday 5 May 2026

•   Information Session 1: 3pm – 4pm
•   Information Session 2: 6pm – 7pm
