The Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) is seeking to implement a modern, sustainable Human Resource Information System (HRIS). The new HRIS will consolidate core HR processes into a single, intuitive platform, replacing fragmented self-service channels and manual tools while integrating with the existing authoritative payroll system.
