Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Upgrade of the Mechanical Services at Two (2) DOE Nominated Sites, which are:
- Kewdale Primary School
- Orelia Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to the removal of Evap systems and Gas Heaters and make good of All areas including floors, walls, ceilings and Roof finishes. The supply and installation of new Refrigerated Air Conditioning to the DoE Standard Brief. Including the requirement for Mechanical Fresh Air to Classroom. Minor Building works may also be required.
PFM reserves the right to award individual sites and/or portions of the works separately, where this is considered to achieve the best Value for Money outcome.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Orelia Primary School, 11 Bolton Way, Orelia, 6167, Kewdale Primary School, 264 Kew St, Kewdale 6105, Perth on 4 May, 2026 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each respective premises. The location of each briefing will be:
- Orelia Primary School: 11 Bolton Way, Orelia, 6167 at 11am
- Kewdale Primary School: 264 Kew St, Kewdale 6105 at 1pm
