Tender Description
This package seeks suppliers the design, configuration, deployment, and support of a CRM system to manage stakeholder engagement for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.
The scope of work may include, however is not limited to:
- Stakeholder Data Management: Centralized database for managing contact details, engagement history, and preferences for Games stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, volunteers, and community groups.
- Engagement & Communication Tools: Functionality for targeted communications, campaign management, and event invitations across multiple channels.
- Integration Capabilities: Seamless integration with other GMS modules (e.g., accreditation, ticketing, workforce) and external communication platforms.
- User Access & Security: Role-based access, data privacy compliance, and audit trails for all interactions.
- Reporting & Analytics: Dashboards and reports to track engagement metrics, stakeholder satisfaction, and communication effectiveness.
