Initial Seal Treatments - Various Roads 2026

⁠⁠⁠Indigo Shire Council are seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor to complete initial seal treatment works at three (3) separate seal extension project locations across Indigo Shire.

Council are seeking quotations for the application of a 10mm Primerseal initial treatment to approximately 5000m2 of new road currently under construction in Chiltern, Beechworth & Yackandandah.

Councils’ preference is to complete all construction works across the three locations and have a contractor seal them in a single mobilisation. However, this might yet be impractical due to weather, resources etc, and we may need to split the initial seal treatment works in to more than one visit. This RFQ requests pricing of the same works under two different delivery models to accommodate this possibility, i.e all three sites in a single mobilisation or, in three individual visits.

Quotations are to be submitted, before 10 am, Wednesday 6 May 2026, via Council’s elctronic tender portal eProcure.

Quotations received later than the indicated closing time or submitted by any other means will be deemed non-conforming and may be considered at the sole discretion of Council.

Quotations shall be clearly marked “Initial Seal Treatments - Various Roads 2026”
