Legends Global T/A RAC Arena is seeking tenders from contractors to upgrade the freezer facility in Catering Loading Dock G.045, reconfiguring the existing cool room and freezer arrangement to deliver a larger freezer. The works will primarily involve mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulic, fire sprinkler, electrical and builders works, with the Mechanical Contractor engaged as Lead Contractor across all trades.
The project will be delivered under an AS 4902-2000 Contract.
