AUSTRAC is seeking a full-time onsite Service Desk Analyst to support end users of IT systems and services within the Information and Technology Solutions (ITS) Branch.
The Service Desk Analyst will act as a key frontline support resource in the Sydney office, providing high-quality onsite and remote assistance, managing incidents and service requests, provisioning and supporting end-user equipment, and contributing to the effective operation of AUSTRAC’s IT support environment.
The successful candidate will possess skills and experience aligned to a Service Desk Analyst role at the APS5 equivalent level. They will otherwise demonstrate the skills and experience.
