This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Department seeks an experienced ICT Project Manager to provide end‑to‑end project leadership and delivery of priority ICT initiatives across the Programs and Student Experience Division.
The ICT Project Manager will be responsible for leading and delivering complex ICT projects, including but not limited to:
- Cost Recovery initiatives within the Higher Education sector
- Gender‑Based Violence – National Code system remediation and enhancement
- Divisional Copilot capability adoption, supported by learning and development (L&D) and organisational change principles
- HELP system enhancements, including initiatives supporting the Med‑HELP Debt Reduction program of work
The role requires strong engagement with policy, business and technical stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with legislative, regulatory, security and governance requirements.
The ICT Project Manager will operate in a complex delivery environment involving multiple dependencies, external ICT providers and inter‑departmental partnerships.
