Tender Description
Kingborough Council seeks fixed-price quotations from competent contractors to supply all materials, plant, and labour and any other services, costs and fees necessary to deliver minor building works and services associated with provision of new DDA compliant amenities.
The full scope of work requirements are identified in within Project Specification TS3427, and as shown on associated Design Drawings DWG 202585 - A06 to A08 and associated schedules.
The Work generally consists of but is not limited to minor demolition and construction of walls, making good plasterboard, painting, joinery, plumbing, tiling, floor coverings, security, lighting and electrical works.
The successful Tender will be appointed as PRINCIPAL CONTACTOR for the coordination and delivery of these works
