Overview
Kingborough Council invites fixed-price tenders from competent contractors to design, construct and commission a replacement amenities building at Tinderbox Reserve, Tinderbox.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design, construction and commissioning of a replacement amenities building at Tinderbox Reserve, comprising 2 DDA cubicles and 2 Ambulant cubicles
- Supply of all materials, plant and labour required to complete the works
- Provision of any other services, costs and fees necessary to complete the design, construction and commissioning of the building

An optional pre-tender site meeting will be held for this opportunity.

Instructions to Tenderers
