Goulburn River Precinct– Issues and Opportunities Analysis

⁠⁠⁠Mitchell Shire Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to prepare an Issues and Opportunities Paper for the Goulburn River precinct in Seymour as described within the Project Brief.

This project involves the preparation of an Issues and Opportunities Paper to investigate ways to better connect the Seymour Township with the Goulburn River, specifically between Manners Street and Bolton Street, in order to deliver on and improve tourism and economic development opportunities that are complementary, and not contrary to, the State Government flood mitigation process.
