Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Sports Courts construction at Cottesloe Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to the works, include construction of a new outdoor basketball court, including sub-grade preparation and the placement and compaction of sub-base and base course layers, followed by asphalt pavement installation. The court will be graded to achieve appropriate levels and falls to ensure effective stormwater drainage. An acrylic surface finish will be applied, complete with full line marking for both basketball and tennis. Works also includes installation of a 3-metre-high fence on two sides forming an L-shaped configuration.
All works to be carried out during the school term if required with minimal disruption to school operations during school class hours.

A site visit will be held at Cottesloe Primary School, 530 Stirling Highway, Peppermint Grove on 23 April 2026 11:00 AM.
A mandatory site briefing will be held at Cottesloe Primary School. The location of the briefing will be 530 Stirling Highway Peppermint Grove WA
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
