Overview
The Country Fire Authority (VIC) is seeking tenders from suitable building contractors to construct alterations and additions to the Alexandra Fire Station.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Demolition works to remove the existing BA Room from inside the existing Motor Room and relocation of the existing COMMs alcove
- Construction of an extension to include a Turnout Room, Change Cubicle, BA Washroom, Laundry and BA Compressor Fill Station Room
- Installation of epoxy flooring to all areas, including the existing Motor Room
