Tender Description
The EOI for Grounds Maintenance services relates to services to be delivered at Berwick, Cranbourne, Dandenong, Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Springvale and Bass Coast Campuses. Chisholm is seeking a partnership with a quality services provider.
The purpose of this invitation is to identify a short list of providers for Grounds Maintenance trades category to be invited to tender for the provision of fixed rate planned and responsive maintenance services.1.Campus Locations
As the largest TAFE in Melbourne’s southeast, Chisholm offers many locations to study from including on campus, online and in the workplace. Students are able to study near the beautiful beaches of Frankston, in the multicultural hub of Dandenong, in the Health and Education Precinct of Berwick or in the comfort of their own home.
Chisholm Institute operates from eight campuses, as well as in the workplace, online and transnationally. The Institute has over 33,800 students, 39,033 course enrolments and in 2020 delivered around eleven million student contact hours across all funding sources. Chisholm offers seamless pathways across the tertiary domain –VETiS, schools, vocational delivery and higher education pathways.
The Service Provider shall provide Grounds maintenance services to seven (7) campuses located in Victoria. The locations covered by this tender include:
