Building Management System upgrade at the Horsham Aquatic Centre and Civic Centre

⁠⁠⁠Horsham Rural City Council invites suitably qualified contractors to submit a quotation for the upgrade of the existing Building Management Systems (BMS) at the Horsham Aquatic Centre, 53 Hamilton Street, and the Civic Centre, 18 Roberts Avenue Horsham VIC 3400.

The current BMS’ were installed approximately 15 years ago and are used to control and monitor the operation of the Centres. This includes scheduling, temperature and humidity control for the pool water, pool hall, change rooms, and other common areas such as the café and gym at the Aquatic Centre, and scheduling and temperature control for all office and meeting areas at the Civic Centre.

This project aims to replace existing controllers with the latest technology across the buildings to enhance reliability, simplify maintenance, and improve operational efficiency, without compromising system functionality.

The quotation should clearly separate the costs for each building, including all necessary components such as controllers, relays, programming, commissioning, and labour charges for site installation. It should detail any associated travel, accommodation, and meal expenses required to complete the works. Please also provide a proposed schedule which outlines an estimated timeframe for the works.

If any sensors are found to be faulty during testing, they will be replaced under separate charges. Please provide a separate pricing schedule for additional sensors and associated labour costs.
