Provision of Employee Assistance Program

⁠⁠⁠The City of Kingston is seeking the services of a suitably qualified provider of an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide professional, timely and wide-ranging counselling services for Council staff and their immediate family members.

The EAP will involve confidential, impartial counselling, coordinated and timely response to critical incidents, stress debriefing, referral to appropriate support agencies and group briefings for supervisory and managerial staff.

Tender submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time.

Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
